In the world of Ethereal, there is only one school open to royal children age 14 and up from all kingdoms of Ethereal. Here, students get the education they need. There are different dorm groups to be sorted in. These consist of Lupis, Eclipse, Serpentine, and Ravenwing.

It's very nice and warm outside. Birds are chirping, and it's a nice time to look out your window and relax in your dorm in the shelter of the sun. It's also a good idea to go outside and relax. Temperatures are ranging from 49 degrees Fahrenheit to 63.

Carys had been attending this school for not that long, you could say. The good news was that she was doing a good job. She was getting good grades and attending all of her classes. Carys was the kind of girl a teacher would be quite proud of. Carys also enjoyed reading, and the school's library was the kind of place she'd be in a lot.
She was sitting at a table, reading a book about mythology. She liked mythology. Mythology was one of her favorite things to learn about, particularly Greek. Greece was really far away from Ethereal, but the mythology was existing, so she would read it.
The library was like a safe haven to him and he often looked at it as more than that just based on the fact that even though many people came here even less seemed to stay here often. When he noticed someone else actually sitting at the table he took a minute and wondered if he should go over and still he did not want to be rude. He shoved his hands in his pockets and finally carefully made his way over as he spoke. "Don't mean to bother you, do you think I could take a seat here as well?"
Normally he would not have stepped out and took such a bold move but he needed a way to see other students and more than that to perhaps make friends.

Carys eventually realized she wasn't alone when she heard another student approach. He was one she had not seen before, so she wondered if today she could socialize with him. "I don't mind." The girl said politely. "Go ahead. I need someone to talk to probably anyway." Carys was always like this. She was a very friendly person, and enjoyed spreading positivity and all of that.

Carys also extended her hand to shake Roman's, to be polite as well. She took a mental note of Roman's name. It was a name she would make sure to remember. "I'm Carys." She replied, smiling. "Nice to meet you, Roman." Carys was glad that she had managed to meet someone. This was something she definitely needed. She was bored, and talking to someone was helpful.
"Nice to meet you too, hopefully other students will tend to show their heads soon. I didn't interrupt anything important did i?" He hoped not but he did not know. "Anyway do you know anything fun to do around here when we are not studying?"

At Roman's next words, she shook her head. "No, you're not interrupting anything." Carys replied, smiling. "I don't really have anything I'll be doing soon so...I have free time." When Roman asked if there were other fun things that could be done when students weren't studying, the girl happily nodded. "Some of the students head to the courtyard and chat, some excercise in the gym, go for a swim in the pool, or explore the rest of Ethereal." Carys then glanced at her book. "Or sometimes they head here if they want some quiet time."
At this point Carys was hoping that she wasn't talking too much. She would do this frequently, but not when classes were happening.
"I will look into a couple of those and I do not mean to barrage you with the questions but sometimes it can be hard to have everything and yet be somewhere, where you feel like you have nothing." The place was nice but he supposed that perhaps he was a little homesick but he supposed that happened to everyone at one point and time. "You ever get too homesick that you can not stand it?"

Carys nodded as Roman spoke. Although she may not really understood, she was sympathetic and empathetic, so therefore she basically was able to make a connection somehow, which was good. At Roman's next words, she was able to really understand.
"Yea." Carys replied. "Sometimes that happens to me. I miss home, not gonna lie, but now I'm here and will be here for a while before I'm able to head back home."
"Same. I guess I just think about it more than I should and I really need to find something else to do. Either way it's nice to meet you and thanks for listening to my rambling."
